Through awareness and mindful practice, you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and improve your well-being.

Sifu G
Sifu G is the newest instructor at the Yoga Collective and brings his years of experience teaching Tai Chi & Qigong.
As a disabled combat veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps (Iraq 2003), Sifu G fortunately discovered Tai Chi & Qigong at the peak of his Gulf War Illness. While working as a Professorial Research Fellow for a University in Hong Kong, he found a local group of Tai Chi practitioners who welcomed him into their Kung Fu family and discovered the impact this training has had on managing his symptoms. He trained under an International Wushu Gold Medalist and competition judge for 3 years and maintains active relationships and connections in Hong Kong. Almost 10 years later, he now serves as an educator of Traditional Chinese Medicine to the Department of Veteran Affairs and shares his experience and training in Tai Chi & Qigong locally. From traditional 3,000-year-old classic Qigong sets to the most prominent fist/fan/sword Tai Chi forms practiced across the world, Sifu seeks to bring Eastern medicine, philosophy, and way of life to the West by cultivating a lifetime journey towards health & wellness.
