New to the Yoga Collective? Follow These Instructions
Welcome to The Yoga Collective
Yoga is not to be performed; it is to be lived.
Yoga doesn’t care about what you have been; it cares about the person you are becoming.-Aadil Palkhivala

Yoga Is For Everyone
Yoga is a holistic practice that can benefit you in many aspects of your life. Engaging in a regular yoga practice promotes both physical and mental health. Yoga is not intended to be an outward experience (e.g., the yoga poses); rather, it’s an inward exploration. Through awareness and mindful practice, you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and improve your well-being.
We are The Yoga Collective. Offering a safe, supporting, accessible, and nurturing community for all ages and fitness levels. We offer a variety of yoga styles, tai chi/qigong, and unique experiences through special workshops and events.
We are so glad you are here. See you on the mat!
In Light and Love,
Seena, Avery, and Jennifer
