Yoga is a holistic practice that can benefit you in many aspects of your life. Engaging in a regular yoga practice promotes both physical and mental health. Yoga is not intended to be an outward experience (e.g., the yoga poses); rather, it’s an inward exploration. Through awareness and mindful practice, you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and improve your well-being.

We are The Yoga Collective. Offering a safe, supporting, accessible, and nurturing community for all ages and fitness levels. We offer a variety of yoga styles, trainings, and experiences through special workshops and events.

SEENA HAINES

Seena began her yoga practice in 2016 after being inspired by a pharmacy colleague who recommended yoga for stress relief. She instantly fell in love and felt the impact of the mind-body connection. Other benefits quickly realized were core strengthening and stamina building. The yoga community became a home. Promoting self-love, self-acceptance, and community engagement. Teaching yoga to others has become an extension of her teaching craft as a pharmacy professor. Seena is a board-certified health and well-being coach, mindfulness teacher, and positive psychology practitioner. Health is not just about what you’re eating or doing, it’s also about what you’re thinking, feeling, and saying. Yoga practice nourishes your mind, body, and soul.  Take time to make your soul happy!
